Measure to your nail and ensure it fits your nail bed

Do not stick the gel on your cuticle or on your skin

Cure under the UV light

File and shape after curing

Move the nail strip away from the UV light when curing, otherwise it will cure these too and they will no longer stick

Avoid water for at least 2 hours after application

Apply cuticle oil around the edges of the nail

Using the wooden stick provided, gently lift around the edges

Continue to lift the nail gently, adding more cuticle oil when needed

Do not rush this step as it is crucial to prevent nail damage
